When I show a picture of the new house to people...they scratch their heads. The land is slopey, the house is old, it is on a hill, blah, blah, blah. They are not seeing what I am seeing. I see a complete tear down! I see a Slope that Works...a Front and Side Lit bsmt with a backyard that can be tiered to hold a pool and a bevy of children's activities. A 1/2 ac on a beautiful golf course...privacy... and no power lines or highways! My Husband, E, sees a lot of work. This is our journey from the initial Search...House Hunting, House Stalking, Giving up Briefly...and then deciding to take on our greatest Building Challenge to date!
